Frequently asked questions about stays with children, the use of parking, etc. are answered here. Please refer to this page when making a reservation.

Q. Can I arrive earlier than the check-in time?
Although the check-in time is from 2:00 p.m., parking can be used at no additional charge before the check-in time.

Q. Can I check out later?
Late checkout may be arranged for an additional fee although it is subject to the following day's reservation status. The amount of the additional fee varies by room type and the checkout time. Please contact the hotel if you wish to use this service.

Q. Could you hold my luggage before check-in time or after check-out time?
You could leave your luggage at cloakroom on the first floor.

Q. I would like to send my luggage in advance. Where should I send it?
Please specify the date of arrival and the name that you used for the reservation on the delivery slip and send it to the following address:

Q. Is there a parking area?
The parking area for approximately 220 cars at the front of the hotel can be used without a reservation.
Long-stay guests can use parking without worry as the fee for one car is ¥1,300 JPY at first night, and 600 JPY per night after second day.

(minibuses, camper vans and other large vehicles needs reservation required).

Q. Is there an Internet connection in guestrooms?
A wired LAN Internet connection is available free of charge in all rooms.
Please feel free to ask at the front desk to borrow a LAN cable.

Outlook or other mail systems cannot be used for security reasons.
Please use Yahoo, Hotmail or other Web-based mail services.

Q. Can I request a room on the Nakajima Park side?
Requests for rooms on the Nakajima Park side are accepted for the following room types:

Please note that requests for rooms on the Nakajima Park side can be made only for the above room types listed in the accommodation plans and not for other room types.

Q. Can I request a non-smoking room?
Different types of non-smoking rooms are available. Please choose a room designated as "non-smoking" at the time of reservation.
If all non-smoking rooms are booked, deodorized smoking rooms may be offered instead.
All rooms on the special floor are smoking rooms and are deodorized for non-smoking guests.

Q. Can I request a room on an upper floor?
The guestroom floors are on the 5th to 10th floors and the rooms on each floor are as follows:
"Park in Park" on the 10th floor
"Superior" on the 7th to 9th floors
"Standard"  on the 5th and 6th floors
If you wish to stay on an upper floor, please reserve a room on the "Park in Park" or "Superior" floors.

Q. Can guestroom windows be opened? What kind of air conditioning is used?
The hotel does not provide air conditioning systems for individual rooms, but guests can adjust cooling levels in summer and heating levels in winter. Guests can also have guestroom windows opened by requesting staff to do so at the front desk or by asking a room clerk. Please feel free to ask if you wish to adjust the room temperature or humidity by letting outside air in.

Q. Can I stay with children or add a extra bed / baby cot?
You can search online for rooms available for guests with children by changing the number of persons or other search conditions.

Under 6 years children sharing beds with parents can stay free of charge. 
Between 7 to 12 years children need to an extra bed and breakfast charge.
Over years children are the same as those for adults.

We are able to arrange a baby cot that suitable for under a 12 month old baby with extra charge.
It is ¥2,200 JPY including tax per night.

  • -Quadruple Room
  • -Superior Quadruple Room
  • -Superior triple room

Q. Are there amenities for children?
There are no amenities especially for children.
Toothbrushes, towels and other items will be provided for the number of guests. As there are only adult-sized one-piece dressing gowns, room wear for children must be prepared by guests.

Q. What items are available for loan?
Humidifiers, trouser pressers, LAN cables, hair tonic, hair liquid, hair lotion, sewing sets, rental PCs (¥1,000 JPY/day), feather or buckwheat hull pillows and other items are available. Please make a booking in advance as some items are limited in number.
